This Privacy Policy explains how ExpenseTrack Pro ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our application. We built ExpenseTrack Pro to work fully offline and to keep your business data on your own device — please read below for the full details.
ExpenseTrack Pro does not collect any data. The App does not have internet access, does not include analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, storage, or any other device permission beyond what the operating system grants by default to display the app.
Any information you enter into the App — such as income and expense transactions, categories, budgets, notes, or currency settings — is considered locally stored data and is saved only on your own device using standard Android app storage. We, the developer, never receive, view, or have access to this information.

All data you enter is stored locally in the App's private storage area on your device, which is sandboxed by Android and inaccessible to other apps. Because nothing is transmitted off your device, there is no server-side database, cloud backup, or remote storage involved in the App's normal operation.
If you choose to export a report (CSV file), that file is created and saved only to a location you explicitly select on your own device using Android's built-in file picker. You control where that exported file goes and who can access it.
ExpenseTrack Pro requests no runtime or install-time permissions. It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, location, call logs, SMS, files outside its own sandbox, or any other sensitive data category defined by Google Play's Data Safety requirements.
The App does not use the internet. It contains no network calls, no remote servers, no third-party SDKs, no analytics, and no advertising. All functionality, including charts and reports, is calculated entirely on-device from the data you enter.
ExpenseTrack Pro is intended for general business use and is not directed at children. Since the App collects no data of any kind from any user, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant age of consent in your jurisdiction).
Because all data lives only on your device, you are always in full control of it. You can delete all App data at any time by clearing the App's storage in your device's Settings, or by uninstalling the App, which permanently removes all locally stored transactions, budgets, and settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect new features. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
This policy is intended to align with the Google Play Developer Program Policies, including the User Data and Data Safety requirements. You can review Google Play's policies directly at play.google.com/about/developer-content-policy.
